Management
The management board of TTEP consists of the follow persons:
Peter Černák
Chairman of the Board of TTEP B.V.
Mr. Černák is a member of the Board of Directors and, as Country Head, responsible for the business in Italy, France, and the Netherlands. He has been with the EPH group since 2013, beginning his career in the infrastructure sector in Slovakia before transitioning to EPH as the company expanded into Western European markets.
Mr. Černák holds master’s degree from the Prague University of Economics and Business, the CEMS MIM degree and MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.
Martin Bartošovič
CEO TTEP Netherlands B.V.
Mr. Bartošovič has been the CEO of TTEP B.V. since February 2025. With an extensive background in the energy and financial sectors, he has held various managerial positions. He started his career in the banking sector. He later served as a board member at SPP and Pozagas before becoming CEO of Nafta. He is currently chairman of the board at Nafta, a role he combines with his position as CEO of TTEP B.V.
Mr. Bartošovič Bartošovič holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.
Eduard Veselovský
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), TTEP B.V.
Since January 1, 2026, Eduard Veselovský has served as CFO of TTEP. He brings extensive international experience in the energy sector. Eduard has been a member of the Board of Directors of Nafta since 2023 and also holds board positions at Slovak Power Holding BV, the majority shareholder of Slovenské elektrárne – one of the largest electricity producers in Central and Eastern Europe – as well as a seat on the Supervisory Board of Slovenské elektrárne.
Mr. Veselovský holds a master’s degree from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
Thibault Hautier
Board member TTEP Netherlands B.V.
Thibault Hautier is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TTEP. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at TotalEnergies, most recently as General Manager Structured Finance & Credit within Trading Gas, LNG & Power. Earlier in his career, he held a range of strategic and financial positions across the group, including VP Strategy, Advocacy & Market Intelligence, as well as roles in M&A, corporate finance, treasury, and financial reporting.
Thibault holds a degree in Business Engineering from UCLouvain and brings deep expertise in finance, strategy, and complex energy markets.
